Before joining 40 West, Juliana was an active member of the uLooq Community, where she honed her skills in relationship-building, event coordination, and ensuring that every individual feels valued within a community. Her work has always focused on empowering people to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

A proud resident of Chestnut Hill, Juliana is excited to be part of the neighborhood’s dynamic, close-knit community. When she’s not at 40 West, she enjoys spending time with her son, hiking, volunteering, exploring local businesses, and enjoying time with her friends.

Juliana holds a Master’s degree in production management from the Theatre Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is continually seeking new opportunities to learn and grow in the realm of community management and engagement.
